Join Law Students of African Descent and Queer Caucus for a Meet & Greet with California Supreme Court Justice Martin Jenkins, one of this year’s McBaine Moot Court finals judges. Justice Jenkins is the first openly gay justice, the third African American man, and the fifth African American person to serve on the court. Justice Jenkins’ judicial experience includes service as a federal district judge, associate justice of the California Court of Appeal and as a trial judge on the Oakland Municipal and Alameda County Superior Court.
