This panel is to give all 1Ls students a “behind the scenes” view from the employer perspective, provide them an opportunity to ask questions directly to recruiters, and ease some of their anxieties about the hiring process. Overall providing information about the big law hiring process and how 1Ls can best prepare to navigate their job searches for both their 1L and 2L summers.
