Lawyering Under Pressure: Legal Challenges to the Trump Administration
Wednesday, September 3, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join us to hear from attorneys (including Berkeley Law alumni) at the forefront of the legal fight against the Trump administration. Panelists from the ACLU of Northern California, Keker, Van Nest & Peters, and the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office will discuss how they decide who, where, and how to sue the federal government; how non-profit, city, and commercial law firms collaborate; and why the panelists do what they do. Sponsored by the American Constitution Society. All are welcome. RSVP here.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
Events are wheelchair accessible. For disability-related accommodations, contact the organizer of the event. Advance notice is kindly requested.
If you have any photos or video from your event that you’d like to share with Berkeley Law for possible use in our digital and print marketing, please email communications@law.berkeley.edu.
