Prof. Katerina Linos and Prof. Elena Chachko teach the Colloquium on Law and Geopolitics in Spring 2024 at Berkeley Law. Noted guest speakers will present cutting-edge research in a workshop format. Support provided by the Miller Institute for Global Challenges and the Law. The speaker Friday, February 2 will be Professor of Law Monica Hakimi from Columbia. Professor Hakimi will discuss her writing on “Conflict: Making International Law Work.”  

Class sessions are open to Berkeley Law, campus and the wider community! Fridays, January 12 through April 19, 11:00am-12:40pm with lunch offered to attendees. In person only, meets in Room 130, UC Berkeley Law School. We appreciate your RSVP to receive the weekly papers and help with lunch orders. Students may enroll in Part I, Part II or both.
