Are you heading into a BigLaw summer, thinking about litigation, or curious how disputes actually play out in tech and intellectual property work?
Join LSAD on Tuesday, March 10 for a conversation with David Rapp-Kirshner, an IP litigation attorney at Goodwin Procter. David will talk about how he chose litigation over transactional work, what his practice looks like today, and how trials and intellectual property disputes shape his day to day.
We will also cover how law students can build relevant skills now, what makes summer associates stand out, and what he wishes he had known before his first BigLaw summer. Lunch will be provided and there will be time for audience questions.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
