Labor organizing is on the rise but workers are increasingly looking beyond traditional status quo unions. Instead, workers are seeking to build something new and bold that better aligns with their revolutionary values, needs, and interests.
Join the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law (BJELL) and Berkeley Law Organizing Collective (BLOC) for a panel with the Independent Organizing Network (I.O.N.), a collective that provides legal support for these burgeoning worker-led independent unions.
