iconik Forum 2023

Monday, July 10, 2023 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

In 2023 the debate over the proper role of public companies has spilled over dramatically onto the national stage, as recently illustrated by Governor DeSantis’ fight with Disney. As sound bites and memes make their way into law, investors, fiduciaries, and regulators are challenged to respond to a rapidly shifting landscape. We are bringing together experts from the front lines to discuss the evolution of corporate governance and engagement as ProxyTech promises a major reset in favor of greater accountability, agency, and voice.  Registration is now full but if you would like to join the waiting list please email bclb@law.berkeley.edu. To attend virtually register here.
