Our homes provide us with shelter, security, and a foundation for our lives. We cultivate our communities and identities within them, and at the end of each day, we return to them after embarking on adventures and pursuing our dreams. However, the majority of individuals struggle to find affordable homes in the Bay Area amid a longstanding housing shortage crisis, undercutting all that a home is meant to provide.
Housers at Berkeley (HAB) is a graduate student organization for people who are passionate about solving the housing crisis. Join us for our first General Body Meeting of the 2026-2027 school year to learn more about the organization and leadership opportunities with HAB.
This meeting is informational for students who want to get plugged in with us, but you do not need to attend the General Body Meeting to attend any HAB events.
