Holland & Knight Real Estate Joint Venture Challenge Competition 2026 Application Due

You are invited to participate in the Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Joint Venture Challenge Competition to take place on March 6, 2026 at UCLA Law School from 12:15pm to 5:15pm PT.  The competition will include students from UCLA and UC Berkeley and judges from leading real estate firms. Students will work in three teams of four to negotiate real estate joint venture issues. They will receive coaching from Holland & Knight attorneys and feedback from industry professionals. The winning team will be awarded a certificate signed by Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of UC Berkeley, School of Law. Airfare and lodging accommodations will be provided.

Please note, selected applicants will be required to attend a virtual informational session once selected. The session will be on Friday, February 27, 2025, 12:30pm to 1:30pm PT, via Zoom – invitation to be circulated in advance. If you cannot attend the virtual info session please DO NOT apply.
 
Applications are due by 11:59pm on Feb 13. Participants will be notified by Feb. 20. APPLY HERE
