Get The Inside Scoop on ELC, Where Law Students Lead the Fight for Healthy Communities and the Environment

The Trump Administration is aggressively slashing regulations that safeguard public health and the environment, and you can do something about it now! At the Berkeley Environmental Law Clinic (ELC), law students represent real clients to push back on federal deregulation, move progressive environmental policies at the state and local level in California, and develop innovative new approaches to protecting the planet and its people. ELC’s work includes defending Obama-era greenhouse gas emissions regulations, fighting for a just transition to clean energy for all Californians, and working to safeguard consumers and communities from toxic chemicals.

Come get the inside scoop on ELC from past and current students, and learn about their experiences representing clients, while still in law school, in pressing environmental matters.

Note: ELC staff will not be present at this event, but will be available at both the All-Clinic Information Session on 4/8 and by email appointment to answer any questions.
