FinTech Forum: Emerging Trends in the Legal and Regulatory Landscape

The Berkeley Center for Law and Business along with Seward & Kissel invite you to the inaugural FinTech Forum: Emerging Trends in the Legal and Regulatory Landscape, which will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023 in New York City and will also be available via live stream.
 
We are delighted to announce that the keynote address will be delivered by Superintendent Adrienne A. Harris, New York Department of Financial Services (agency overseeing the closure of Signature Bank).
 
The Forum will discuss:
  • The emerging legal and regulatory trends in the FinTech space;
  • The interplay between launching and/or competing with novel customer FinTech products;
  • Consumer protection and banking in the 21st century; and
  • Legal and regulatory structures enabling deposit products, payments and funds transfers and lending arrangements.
