On November 9th, the Supreme Court will hear the oral arguments for Brackeen v. Haaland. The case involves massive implications for tribal sovereignty, but what even is tribal sovereignty?
This event will feature Professor Seth Davis, UC Berkeley’s leading federal Indian law scholar and tribal advocate, teaching the basics to understanding the importance of this case and its impact in Indian Country.
