Tuesday, April 7, 2026 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Photos of panelists for a lunchtime talk sponsored by Edley Center and Miller Institute

In the landmark case of Learning Resources v. Trump, the Supreme Court held that the President could not rely on an emergency statute to implement his aggressive tariff policies. Join Elena Chachko, David Grewal, and Andrew Tutt for a discussion of the case and its implications for presidential power and U.S. trade.

Lunch will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
