Please join us for a lunch panel featuring David H. Bernstein, a renowned intellectual property trial lawyer. David litigates some of the most high-profile trademark, trade dress, counterfeiting, advertising and Internet cases in the country. David will present on two of his recent trials, one involving Snap’s SPECTACLES smart glasses and the other involving CASA AZUL tequila.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
