This course provides students with an opportunity to be exposed to and discuss ongoing research and scholarship in consumer law and economic justice. Every other week, an invited speaker from Berkeley or elsewhere will present a work in progress, and then take questions from students and faculty in the audience. Speakers will include prominent thought leaders in law, public policy, and the social sciences.
