Join us to learn about Berkeley Law’s 1L internal spring competitions! Registration links will be provided at the info session.
The Bales Trial Competition is focused on criminal law and is designed to introduce first-year students to the fundamentals of trial advocacy. You will receive training and coaching from members of the Board of Advocates trial team. Registration closes on Friday, January 17! This competition is open to 1L students.
The Halloum Negotiation Competition gives first-year students an opportunity to experience being corporate lawyers: making business deals and working cooperatively with individuals both alongside and across the negotiation table. This competition is open to 1L students and registration closes on Wednesday, February 26.
Lunch will be provided.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
