This symposium will bring together legal scholars and academics from Ibero American and Asian countries who share a common interest in the cultural and social dynamics of family law in democratic societies. This symposium will explore the relevance of legal reforms and their contribution to the definition of a new family.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
