Challenging Dehumanization: Demanding the Rights of the Displaced, Undocumented and Disappeared – with the 2021 Human Rights Center Fellows

Join us for the final panel discussion with the 2021 Human Rights Fellows! RSVP to attend in person (with lunch) or register for the webinar. Lunch served at 12:30 or take it to go; panel begins at 12:50 sharp. Masks, and vaccination or proof of exemption, are required. Subjects include Recognizing the Resilience of Forcibly Displaced Refugees, Lessons From Immigrant Survivors of Human Trafficking during COVID 19, Confronting Systematic Extrajudicial Killings of Sikhs In India, the Undocumented Somali Community in Minnesota, and the Racist and Nativist Underpinnings of Immigration Entry Laws at the Border. Panelists include Forogh Bashizada, Tiana Cherbosque, Harjot Singh Dhindsa, Sara Osman and Mayra Lopez.
