Looking for a meaningful, powerful, and educational summer experience? Consider working on death penalty cases in the South with the Keta Taylor Colby Death Penalty Project.
Each summer, the Keta Taylor Colby Death Penalty Project’s Southern Internship Program sends Berkeley Law students to do capital defense work across the American South. Working at under-resourced offices, under the supervision of experienced capital defense attorneys, students make real contributions to their clients’ cases. Students selected for the 2018 internship program will attend four training sessions in the spring, covering a range of issues in death penalty law and practice.
Please join the Director of the KTC Program, Professor Amy Flynn of USF School of Law, and some of Berkeley Law’s recent KTC alumni as they share stories from their work in the South.
Information about applying for Summer 2018 will be available.
