[CDO] Bankruptcy Courts and Careers

Bankruptcy courts hire judicial externs and law clerks! In addition to building your legal research and writing skills, these opportunities are great for developing a strong foundation in a substantive practice area. Hear from a bankruptcy judge and law clerks about the externship and clerkship experience in their courts as well as bankruptcy practice.

- Bailey Bryant ’24 – law clerk to Judge Bill Lafferty (Bankr. N.D. Cal.)
- Jeff Kwong ’12 – Partner at Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik L.L.P.; former law clerk to Judge Deborah J. Saltzman (Bankr. C.D. Cal.)
