[CDO] 1L Launch: Interview Prep Workshop

Interviews often cause lots of anxiety, and it’s a skill that can be improved with practice!
During this program, we’ll discuss how to prepare for:
– interviews using a persuasive framework with legal employers; and
– traditional and behavioral questions as well as how to ask good questions.
We will also have small breakout sessions so you can practice answering common questions using this persuasive interview framework.
This program is intended for all 1Ls, and may be particularly useful for 1Ls participating in Winter OCI, PIPS Day, or expecting interviews in the next few weeks. Students are also welcome to schedule one-on-one coached interview sessions with a CDO counselor to further refine and develop your interview skills.
Lunch will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. RSVP here to let us know that you plan to attend and we can order the appropriate amount of food.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
