BJELL Presents: Class Actions, Gender Equality, and Employment

Lindsay Nako is Director of Litigation and Training at The Impact Fund, where she serves as class counsel in the nation-wide gender discrimination class action, Ellis v. Costco Wholesale. her career has centered on representing employees in discrimination cases concerning race, nationality, and gender. Join the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and the American Constitution Society for a talk on fighting for social justice in the workplace through class action litigation.
