The panel will include Ricardo García ‘95, Los Angeles Public Defender, Manohar Raju ‘95, San Francisco Public Defender, Robin Lipetzky ’86, Contra Costa Public Defender, and Steven Garrett ‘83, Sacramento Public Defender.
