Berkeley Journal of International Law Information Session and General Meeting
Tuesday, September 3, 2019 @ 12:45 pm - 2:00 pm
The Berkeley Journal of International Law (BJIL) is one of the leading international law journals in the United States. BJIL is committed to publishing high-impact pieces from new and established scholars on the most important topics in international and comparative law. As the center of Berkeley’s international law community, BJIL hosts professional and social events that engage likeminded students, academics, and practitioners in addressing pressing international legal issues. Events this semester include a Journal-subsidized trip to Tahoe, lunch talks and social mixers with eminent international law practitioners, issue launch parties, and an Alien Tort Statute-themed Halloween party. Free lunch will be provided — just one of the many enticements we’ll have to convince you to join the biggest, baddest journal on campus.
Events are wheelchair accessible. For disability-related accommodations, contact the organizer of the event. Advance notice is kindly requested.
