This year, BBLJ’s Symposium Piercing the Corporate Veil: Understanding Corporate Practice will be held on Friday, February 15th from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM at Booth Auditorium. We will have two panels of corporate lawyers, one interactive deal simulation by Kirkland & Ellis Partner Joseph Halloum (’10), and a closing keynote by Skadden Partner Thomas Ivey (’92).
