How to Train Your Unicorn: Startup Law 101
Two corporate lawyers at Fenwick & West will share their adventures and misadventures working with high- and low- profile tech startups. The discussion will be wide-ranging and include (I) what startup lawyers actually do, (II) how their work can make clients wealthy (spoiler alert: with equity), (III) and the art & science of the CYA email.
Alejandro “Alex” Almodovar is an associate at Fenwick, and a Berkeley Law alumnus, who concentrates his practice on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the high technology and life sciences industries.
