BCLT/BTLJ Law & Tech Speaker Series – Covington, “Rethinking Copyright and Photography”

Tuesday, October 1, 2019 @ 12:55 pm - 1:55 pm

Rethinking Copyright and Photography

This presentation will discuss how courts have treated photographs as copyrightable and how they have addressed (or not addressed) identifying specific elements in photographs that are protectable under copyright law. We will show lots of pictures and invite discussion from the audience.
