Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a transactional law skills workshop featuring Paul Weiss Partner Jeremy Veit and Associate and UC Berekley Law alum Lesley Sun. They will discuss what every M&A lawyer needs to know about California’s shifting regulatory environment, offering practical insights into the evolving legal and regulatory considerations shaping M&A transactions in California. The Transactional Law Skills Workshop Series is especially beneficial for 1Ls and is open exclusively for current UC Berkeley students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to registered attendees who remain for the duration of the program.
