Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a transactional law skills workshop featuring Cooley Partner Kealan Santistevan and Associate Nikki DiFederico. This workshop will explore how to properly review contracts for red flags. The Transactional Law Skills Workshop Series is especially beneficial for 1Ls and is open exclusively for current UC Berkeley students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to registered attendees who remain for the duration of the program.
