Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a transactional law skills workshop featuring Orrick MAPE Partner Leah Recht. This workshop will explore Mergers and Acquisitions Process Engineering, an award-winning platform & approach used to streamline & transform corporate deal execution. The Transactional Law Skills Workshop Series is especially beneficial for 1Ls & is open exclusively for current UC Berkeley students, faculty & staff. Registration is highly recommended. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to registered attendees who remain for the duration of the program.
