[BCLB] Transactional Law Skills Workshop: M&A in Practice – Inside a Deal from Start to Finish with Morrison Foerster

Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a transactional law skills workshop featuring Morrison Foerster Transactional Partner James Beach. This workshop will explore inside a real-world M&A transaction, offering an inside look at how deals are structured, negotiated, and executed from a transactional attorney’s perspective. The Transactional Law Skills Workshop Series is especially beneficial for 1Ls and is open exclusively for current UC Berkeley students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended.
