Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a transactional law skills workshop featuring Skadden Corporate Partner Chris Hammond & Corporate Counsel Cynthia Lam. This workshop will explore negotiation & persuasion strategies in M&A transactions. The Transactional Law Skills Workshop Series is especially beneficial for 1Ls & is open exclusively for current UC Berkeley students, faculty & staff. Registration is highly recommended.
