Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a transactional law workshop on how to instruct a client on document hygiene and the impact bad documents may have on a deal, with Axinn Associates Isabella Solórzano and Neelesh Moorthy. The Transactional Skills Workshop Series is most beneficial for 1Ls and is reserved for current law students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended. Lunch provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who register and stay for the entire program.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
