BCLB Skills Workshop: What’s a Risk Factor? Drafting for Public Company Disclosures with Freshfields

Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for transactional law workshop about risk factors associated with drafting for public company disclosures with Senior Associate Christine Chong (Cal Alumni JD ’19) and Associate Thomas Jung (Cal Alumni JD ’22) from Freshfields. The Transactional Skills Workshop Series is most beneficial for 1Ls and is reserved for current law students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended. Lunch provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who register and stay for the entire program.
