Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a practice area workshop regarding private equity with a focus on mergers and acquisitions featuring Austin Pollet, Corporate M&A Partner at Paul Weiss and Sam Friedman, Corporate Associate at Paul Weiss and Berkeley Law Alumni. The Practice Area Workshops are especially beneficial for 1Ls and are reserved for current law students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended. Lunch provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to students who register and stay for the entire program
