Join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business and Berkeley Business Law Journal for a business law practice area workshop regarding venture capital mergers and acquisitions with attorneys from Morrison Foerster. The Business Law Practice Area Lunch Series is most beneficial for 1Ls and is reserved for current law students, faculty and staff. Registration is highly recommended. Lunch provided on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who register and stay for the entire program.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
