In this workshop, the ASP team will demystify the most common law school exam format, the issue-spotter. We will break down fact-pattern reading strategies, teach you how to prioritize issues, and give you a starter framework for approaching any hypo.
Walk in confused, walk out with a roadmap. All questions welcome.
All J.D. and LL.M. students are welcome to attend. A variety of snacks will be provided!
This workshop will be offered twice, on Monday, October 5, and Friday, October 9. It will not be recorded, but we would be happy to meet with you if you cannot attend or have questions. You can schedule a meeting here: BerkeleyLawASP.as.me. The slides are posted on the ASP website.
