Antitrust Law & Economic Justice: A Conversation with Doha Mekki
Thursday, April 24, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Event Navigation

Please join us for a conversation with Doha Mekki, who has joined the UC Berkeley Center for Consumer Law & Economic Justice as a Senior Fellow. Until recently, Mekki directed litigation for the US DOJ Antitrust Division, where she oversaw landmark cases to stop criminal cartels, illegal mergers, and anticompetitive corporate practices in sectors across the U.S. economy, including Big Tech, healthcare, financial services, live music, food and agriculture, housing, airlines, and college sports. Under her supervision, the division filed more monopolization cases than it had in nearly four decades – and secured key victories, including in the Google search monopolization case.
