And So I Stayed - Film Screening Flyer

The Criminal Law & Justice Center presents a screening of “And So I Stayed,” an award-winning documentary by Natalie Pattillo and Daniel A. Nelson that follows survivors of abuse who fought for their lives and subsequently spent years behind bars. This compelling film explores the complex stories of criminalized survivors, shedding light on the intersection of domestic violence and the criminal justice system. The screening will take place on October 30th from 4-6 PM at Booth Auditorium, followed by a panel discussion facilitated by Professor Mallika Kaur from Berkeley Law’s GBV & DV Practicum, with participation from a criminalized survivor from the East Bay and California criminal attorneys.

Please RSVP HERE by Thursday, October 23rd!
