Join the Berkeley Journal of International Law for a lunchtime keynote featuring Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. She is the 2026 Riesenfeld Memorial Award Recipient for her outstanding contributions to the field of international law. She will deliver a keynote address titled “An Empty Seat at the Table: International Arbitration with Non-Participating Parties” as part of a full-day symposium on private international law. Please register to receive lunch at the event.
