Try out for the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team! The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team is Berkeley Law’s official negotiations and mediation team. Students compete against other law schools in simulated negotiations on a variety of topics, from complex contracts to entertainment collaborations. ADR works on skills that are vital to all fields of law, so whether you are interested in litigation, corporate, public interest, or government work, ADR has something to offer you.
Review our tryout process at bit.ly/adrtryout2025. Apply to join our team at bit.ly/adrapp2025 by Tuesday, September 2 at noon. Tryouts will be held on September 5th – 6th. Stop by Directors’ Office Hours on Monday, August 25th, 12:30 PM – 2 PM at Cafe Zeb for any questions about the team and tryout process!
