Jennifer advises the world’s leading consumer technology, games, digital media, and entertainment companies on high-value strategic complex technology transactions and is a leading authority on AI and machine learning.
Joseph guides technology companies in commercial transactions involving intellectual property, especially for software, SaaS, mobile platform products, and other IT assets.
