A Discussion with Mayor Mamdani’s New Commissioner of the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP), Sam Levine 

Hosted by the Consumer Protection and Advocacy Society (CAPS) and Center for Consumer Law & Economic Justice, this discussion will surface examine recent developments in consumer protection law and their implications for working people and explore how litigation and rule-making function as tools for advancing economic justice at the municipal level, and where those tools face limitations.
