Join IAABL (International Arbitration Association at Berkeley Law) for a conversation with Marek Krasula, the Regional Director for North America at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) for Arbitration and ADR.
This event gives participants an opportunity to speak to Mr. Krasula about his work at the ICC, and learn about areas of focus in international disputes. Students will also be able to discuss recent ICC thought leadership in dispute prevention and resolution such as the ICC Commission’s report on Facilitating Settlement in International Arbitration. The event will include an interactive Q&A session.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
