Event Navigation

Join the Berkeley Law Chapter of the American Constitution Society (ACS) for a conversation with ACS President Phil Brest. Brest, a veteran of countless judicial confirmation battles, served as a Special Assistant to President Biden and a senior White House counsel, Chief Nominations Counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Chief Counsel for Senator Dianne Feinstein prior to his appointment as ACS president earlier this year. This conversation will draw on Brest‘s deep experience in shaping the federal judiciary and his plans for ACS at a time when our core constitutional values are under intense strain. No videotaping or recording of this event is allowed.
Location and Time: Room 140, March 16 @ 12:50 pm – 2pm. RSVP here.
