2019 Rutter Award for Teaching Distinction Honoring Andrew Bradt

The Rutter Award for Teaching Distinction honors Berkeley Law professors who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to teaching. The annual award was established in 1995 by William A. Rutter, philanthropist, lawyer, educator, and author, who was a member of the legal profession for more than 50 years. This year’s recipient is Professor Andrew Bradt. Andrew Bradt is a scholar of civil procedure, conflict of laws, and remedies. He is one of the leading experts in the country in multijurisdictional litigation, with a particular interest in federal multidistrict litigation.
