[BCLT] 1L Career Night: Patents & Trade Secrets

Join BCLT on Tuesday, November 4 from 6-8 PM at Freehouse Berkeley (back patio) for a 1L mixer with several attorneys from various law offices who specialize in patents and trade secrets. Light refreshments will be provided.
Register now! Students who register for this event will receive a list of firms and attorneys attending the event. You will also receive a list of discussion topics and questions to help you start conversations or formulate your own questions.
At this event, you will have the opportunity to learn about the possible career paths, the development opportunities, the firm cultures, and possible next steps for entry-level recruiting. It is also an opportunity for you to build relationships with attorneys from many firms and to get your questions answered ahead of recruitment.
Because the firms are focused on hiring from the 1L class for entry-level positions, the program will not benefit students who are not in the 1L class. For those not in the 1L class who want to discuss hiring, please schedule a time with BCLT’s Executive Director, Wayne Stacy. Use calendar to schedule a virtual meeting.
These events are open only to UC Berkeley Law students, faculty, and staff, unless otherwise noted.
