“Reflections & Lessons from a Career at Cal” featuring Inette Dishler

Inette Dishler is a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at the University of California Berkeley. She has created and managed programs such as the new Leadership and Career Enhancement Program for Staff of Color, Thriving as a Manager at Berkeley, Growing as a Coach, and others. From the creation of the Wisdom Cafe to the co-founding of the NOW (Next Opportunities at Work) conference, Inette has been a driving force in the support and development of UC Berkeley staff. During this talk, Inette will share seven tips she has learned along the way.
