She has created and managed programs such as the new Leadership and Career Enhancement Program for Staff of Color, Thriving as a Manager at Berkeley, Growing as a Coach, and others. From the creation of the Wisdom Cafe to the co-founding of the NOW (Next Opportunities at Work) conference, Inette has been a driving force in the support and development of UC Berkeley staff. During this talk, Inette will share seven tips she has learned along the way. |
