Bodega Bay Lodge Check-In/Out:
Check-In begins at 4:00 pm on Friday, August 24. Check-out on Sunday, August 26 before 11 am.
Friday Night Reception and Dinner:
Friday night’s dinner session on “The Past and Future of Public Education” with Dean Erwin Chemerinsky and former Dean Christopher Edley, moderated by Professor Bertrall Ross, will begin at 6:30 pm at The Inn at the Tides. Dinner will be provided at the Bodega Bay Lodge for those not attending the Friday night program.
Childcare:
Childcare will be available on Friday and Saturday nights from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm in the Whale Room at the Bodega Bay Lodge as well as on Saturday and Sunday mornings between 8:30 am – 2:30 pm, also in the Whale Room. Please note that childcare will be closed between 2:30 – 5:30 pm on Saturday. Meals, snacks games and art projects will be provided for the children and child care is staffed by licensed and bonded professionals.
Lunch for partners/attendees not attending plenary lunches:
On Saturday and Sunday box lunches will be available for pick up from Noon – 1:30 pm at the Captains Quarters room at the Bodega Bay Lodge.
Agenda/Workshop Schedule:
Workshops will begin promptly at 9:00 am in the various rooms at the Bodega Bay Lodge. A printed copy of the schedule will be provided to you at hotel check in. Please read workshop papers in advance to prepare for the discussion portion of the session.
