We are looking forward to your participation at the 2014 Faculty Retreat. This page contains information that you will find useful during your stay at the Sanctuary Beach Resort.

Check-In/Out:
Check-In will begin at 4:00 pm this Friday, August 22. Please let me know if you will arrive after 8:00 pm, as we will need flag that for the reception and bell desk. Check-out will be on Sunday before 12 noon. Please be sure to check out before noon, or you will incur the cost of an additional night stay. Thank you. 

Friday Night Reception and Dinner:
We know that everyone will be arriving at various times, therefore this year dinner will be at leisure between the hours of 6:00 – 8:30 pm at the Kula Ranch Island Steakhouse (located on the property at Sanctuary Beach Resort). Please present the card, found inside the welcome packet you receive upon check in, to the hostess at the restaurant before you are seated and the bill for your party will be sent to the master account. We hope you will enjoy your dinner.  A wine and cheese reception will be hosted from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the Gallery Room of the Sanctuary Beach Resort (Main Lodge). We hope you will join us. (Alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase at dinner.)

Childcare:
Childcare will be available on Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 am – 2:00 pm in Room 620. Please note that childcare will be closed between 2:00 – 5:30 pm on Saturday. Please pick up your children before 2:00 pm. We will also provide childcare option on Saturday night from 5:30 – 8:30 pm in the same room. Dinner for the children will be served in Room 620 as well.

Lunch for families:
On Saturday we will have boxed lunches available for pick up on Saturday from 12:30 – 2:00 pm at the front desk/registration area. On Sunday we will have pizza available for the families on the pool deck between 12:30 – 1:30 pm.

Agenda/Workshop Schedule:
Workshops will begin promptly at 9:00 am in the Dunes, Cypress and Sun Room. All are located in the main lodge. We ask that you read the papers in advance and prepare for the discussion portion of the session. Please visit the website for the agenda and the workshop session details.
